At Legends Grace, every product is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping information below so you know what to expect after placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are custom produced and typically take 3–7 business days to process before shipping. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
